A relaxed, friendly and fun knitting retreat on the beautiful Northumberland countryside.

Accommodation is in the luxurious Burnfoot Holiday Cottages near Rothbury.

With uninterrupted views of the Cheviot Hills, a wealth of wildlife on its doorstep, and the babble of two burns in the background, these self-catering holiday cottages are the perfect place in which to escape the pressures of modern life.

(Nearest train station is Alnmouth, 30 minutes drive away, taxis available at the station)

Simple but good home cooked food will be provided for all meals, snacks, cakes, tea, coffee and soft drinks from Friday night to Monday breakfast.

The weekend will include plenty of time for knitting, chatting, laughing and making new friends, strolls in the beautifull surroundings, laid back craft workshops (only charge will be for materials), a pop up shop and outdoor cooking (weather permitting - an opportunity to layer up all those gorgeous hand knits!!!!)

After checking out from the accommodation at 10 on the Monday morning there will be the opportunity to travel south to visit Lucy Locket Land HQ near Sunderland 

(for those not travelling by car it will be possible to get a taxi to Alnmouth station for a short train journey to Newcastle where you can catch a metro to Seaburn where the shop is located at 53 Dovedale Road, SR6 8LP)

The weekend will cost £190pp for a bed in a twin room

£230 for sole occupancy of a double room (one available)

Or £260pp for sole occupancy of a double room with en-suite (limited numbers available)

A deposit of £95/£125 will reserve your place

The balance of £95/£135 will be requested approximately 8 weeks before the event.
this includes accommodation for 3 nights and all food and soft drinks from Friday evening to Monday breakfast (transport costs NOT included)

An alternative split payment of £70/60/60 or £100/75/75 can also be requested
