A rolling 3 month hand dyed mystery yarn club based on the theme of the beautiful coastline where I live and walk my lovely dog Pip!
I’m thinking of the sea, the sky, shells, pebbles, seaglass, the birds and boats and the million colours in the sand, the changing light through the seasons, the sun, rain and clouds, frosts and wind, crashing waves and eddying ripples, rock pools and seals, coastal headlands, flowers, sand dunes and wildlife.
Think of all those colours - not just palest blues but greys, yellows, ochre, greens, turquoise, lilacs, pinks, softest browns, jade, cobalt, pearl....
Each month for 3 months participants will receive a mystery 100g skein of hand dyed 4ply yarn on a variety of fibre bases, Wensleydale, Blue Faced Leicester, Merino, Shetland, Alpaca etc. Some will be Superwash and suitable for socks while others will be handwash only.
If you have a particular preference for base yarn please let me know in advance, otherwise I will provide a selection.
Yarn length will vary from c.350m-425m/100g
This 2nd instalment runs for April, May and June 2018 and then there will be the option to sign up for the next 3 months
